Training And Podcast

I have been doing full body workouts since the beginning of the year and I haven't looked back since. This type of training is currently suiting my busy lifestyle at the moment, as I am only working out three to four times a week. Minimal time in the gym allows more time to focus on other areas of my life. I am not a qualified PT nor do I have the desire to stand on stage, my only goal is to be healthy and have a body that is functional.

The same time I moved towards full body workouts was when I began to listen to podcast during my training sessions. I have always been a fan of motivational speeches and listening to influencers, and combining training and podcast together felt like a light bulb moment. I haven't listened to music since.

There is a wide range of podcast that can suit any preference and it is a great way to maximise time, by exercising the body and the mind simultaneously. I listen to the @GaryVee podcast 80% of the time for a few reasons, Gary Vaynerchuck speaks the absolute truth, he is real, he is relevant, he provides practical advice that works and his voice and messages keep me engaged. The audio in the video below is a segment off one his podcast, listen to it and try the workout . . I dare you!
